BARAYE is a dance film that honors the Women, Life, Freedom movement in Iran, shedding light on the ongoing fight for gender equality and the fundamental right to freedom of expression.

As the creator and Executive Producer, I recruited and managed an above-the-line production team from USC's School of Cinematic Arts and a cast of fifteen dancers from USC Kaufman, while directing the creative vision and maintaining communication across departments, including creative, producing, camera, marketing, and cast. I built a community on Instagram that reached over 200,000 accounts, garnered 7,000+ profile visits, and generated 3,000+ interactions within two months. Additionally, I secured $8,000 in funding through grants, key investors, and crowdfunding, and negotiated deals for locations, catering, and other essential resources.
